I took a delicate cotton skirt to be hemed for a trip i was leaving for the in two days. The owner was rude when I ask for the quick alteration which her store window clearly displays is available. I did decide to leave it even with the VERY expensive fee. When I got home i realized the hem was coming out in many spots and very thick in other areas. Because of this i was unable to take it on my trip (hence the reason for the heafty fee), nor have time to go back before leaving. When i did return to the shop i ask for a refund,expaining that i did not want them to ruin my skirt by trying to remove the hem over and over. She was extreamly rude and explaied that they did not give refunds! Without haveing a sign hat declares this, I was feeling very riped off! I highly discourage anyone from this cleaners!

We have been here two times in an effort to save a couple dollars. Both my husband and I have had similar experieces... the lady/owner is rude and hurried. She is usually on the cell phone when you arrive and acts like she wants you gone so she can get back on the phone. The last time I went, she had the wrong info on my ticket. Even though this place is convenient, we will return to our other cleaners where they are so nice and actually know us. Great service is worth a couple extra dollars!
